MARINE INVERTERBRATES

Marine invertebrates make up some of the most unusual species you’ll find in the saltwater aquarium hobby. With a large range of coloration, shapes and varieties they can make any aquarium more interesting and visually appealing. Find out what we’ve got in-store.

MARINE CORAL

Marine corals help shape reefs into the most beautiful and impressive spectacles in the ocean. The Build

The adventures began in early June 2014. After extensive search for the best fitting space, we found the perfect small retail space on 156 St Anne’s Rd.

The Floor

After taking many factors into consideration, we installed vinyl floors throughout the store. Compared to other available products, vinyl floors are more resistant to salt creep, allow for less maintenance and have a longer lifespan.

The Layout

With counter height dual-sided viewing tanks and an open concept design vision in mind; we wanted Into the Blue to have a vast, endless feel as if completely submersed in sea life.

The Stands

The stands are designed to support a very large water volume and were built with a kick, allowing viewers a comfortable, close up view. They are also used for storage and maintenance sections, giving the store a clean look and feel.

The Invertebrate Tanks

Into the Blue’s 4 x 8 foot invert tanks act as two aisles and allow easy, interactive coral viewing. Each aquarium was built with a coast-to-coast overflow and euro-bracing.

The Fish Wall

The fish tank system or fish wall, consists of 7 aquariums with built in dividers. This structure allows water to freely flow from one tank to the other. The tanks are connected to a large sump, which contains divisions for future breeding experiments.

The Counter

The ‘L’ shaped display tank also happens to be Into the Blue’s front counter. This 240 gallon system is made with 5/8 inch thick glass and allows a beautiful 5 sided viewing of it’s fish.

OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE THEIR SAY

First time at the store today, excellent selection and layout! The part I loved the most was the questions I was asked about my tank so he knew how to help me. They’re not just trying to sell you a fish, they seem to have an interest in making sure you are enjoying the hobby I will be back in the very near future.
5 stars boys! U made shopping easy and stress free. Thanks for all of the advice, and big thanks for explaining to me what is causing my problem with nitrates. I love that u guys want to fix the problem not just sell Band-Aids.
An awesome store! Great layout, lots of livestock, and actual marine biologists that run the place. They are also long-time hobbyists so they have experience to draw from as well. A great shopping experience! I will definitely be back!
